Accessibility Test Result Report

Export detailed accessibility findings in Excel format for easy sharing.

You can download the accessibility test results in an Excel format, making it easy to share with cross-functional teams. The report includes detailed accessibility findings organized into four sheets: Fail, Validate, Suggestion, and Pass (available only for A11yNow Enterprise subscribers).

Understanding the report​

Each sheet provides the following information:

  • Issue Type - Brief description of the issue.
  • Element Type - The type of element identified in the results.
  • Code - Relevant code to assess for accessibility.
  • Attribute - The part of the code that helps you evaluate whether the element is accessible.
  • Conformance Level - The WCAG Conformance Level of the issue.
  • WCAG SC - The corresponding WCAG Success Criterion for further reference.
  • Severity - Indicates severity level of the issue.

Report Breakdown​

The following sheets make up the accessibility report, each focusing on a specific type of information:

  • Fail - Lists elements that failed accessibility checks and require correction.
  • Validate - Lists elements that need manual verification to confirm accessibility compliance.
  • Suggestion - Provides best practices and recommendations to improve accessibility.
  • Pass - Shows elements that meet accessibility standards and have no issues. These elements are already compliant.

To download the report​

  1. Test the webpage. The accessibility results are displayed.

  2. Select Download to download the report.

  3. The report will be saved automatically in your default Downloads folder.
