How to turn off A11yInspect Extension?

You can temporarily turn off the extension instead of uninstalling it completely.

This action has the same effect as uninstalling it. If you change your mind, you can easily turn the BarrierBreak A11yInspect browser extension back on.

On Google Chrome​

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Go to the toolbar and select Extensions.
  3. Click Manage Extensions.
  4. Find BarrierBreak A11yInspect in the list.
  5. Turn off the toggle next to the extension.
  6. The extension is now turned off. To turn it back on, switch the toggle on again.

On Microsoft Edge​

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Go to the toolbar and select Extensions.
  3. Click Manage Extensions.
  4. Locate BarrierBreak A11yInspect in the list.
  5. Turn off the toggle next to the extension.
  6. The extension is now turned off. To turn it back on, switch the toggle on again.

On Mozilla Firefox​

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Select the Menu button in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Add-ons and themes.
  4. Go to the Extensions section.
  5. Find BarrierBreak A11yInspect in the list.
  6. Turn off the toggle next to the extension.
  7. The extension is now turned off. To turn it back on, switch the toggle on again.
