Downgrade to Free subscription

Considering downgrading your subscription? Think again.

You’ll miss out on powerful Pro features such as access to the full ruleset, key code attributes, automatic screenshots, and downloadable accessibility reports that make your testing faster and more effective.

Steps to downgrade your plan

1. Go to Subscription in your A11yInspect account.
2. Select Downgrade To Free.
3. A confirmation dialog will appear asking for your reason for downgrading. Share your feedback to help us make A11yInspect even more user friendly.
4. Choose Continue to Cancel to confirm or select Keep Subscription if you decide to stay on the Pro plan.
5. Once confirmed, your Pro Plan will be set to downgrade to the Free Plan at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then, you’ll continue to have access to all Pro features.

After the downgrade takes effect, your Pro features will no longer be accessible.
