How do I upgrade to the Pro Plan?

What benefits do I get with the Pro Plan?
The Pro Plan gives you access to the complete WCAG 2.2 ruleset, advanced automation, Excel reports, screenshots, key code attributes, and more. These features help you test faster and more efficiently. View full Pro Plan benefits
How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription renews automatically on the billing date.
You’ll receive an email reminder before renewal, and the payment is charged to your saved card.
If you prefer not to renew, you can downgrade to Free anytime before the renewal date.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification.
A11yInspect will automatically retry the payment after a short period.
If the issue persists, your Pro features may be paused until a valid payment method is added.
Can I downgrade to the Free Plan?
If you no longer need advanced features, you can Downgrade to Free anytime.
Will I lose my previous reports after downgrading?
No. You’ll still have access to your previously generated reports.
However, you won’t be able to run new scans or download Excel summaries in the Free Plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro Plan anytime before your next billing date.
Your access will continue until the current billing period ends.
How can I get an invoice or receipt for my payments?
Invoices are automatically emailed to your registered address after every successful payment.
You can also download them from the Billing History section.
